Marie has extensive experience in running restaurants and developing different service concepts. The majority of these from Swedish and international star restaurants. She has had extensive personnel responsibility and with that interest furthered her education in leadership, psychology and psychosocial work environment. Marie is also a trained sommelier and has in recent years worked with the import of wines from producers with a strong focus on the environment and climate.
In her role as Site and Service Manager at Torsåker Farm, Marie is responsible for the daily operations at Torsåker Farm and coordinates all parallel activities in the barn.
