Read moreThe ReWaste (in Swedish ‘ReSvinn’) project identified obstacles and solutions for the redistribution of surplus food from stores and wholesalers to restaurants and schools – places that can take advantage of larger batches of food at short notice. The project was run 2019-2021 by Chalmers Industriteknik, in collaboration with approximately 50 partners.
