Fredrik is responsible for the daily operation in the test and restaurant kitchens and in the experimental garden at Torsåker farm. Fredrik is a trained chef and has a long and broad kitchen background both in Sweden and abroad, where he worked in and was responsible for a variety of businesses. Employers include star restaurants in London, á la carte restaurants, catering, commercial kitchens and banquet and conference facilities.
Over the past decade, Fredrik has been an entrepreneur in kitchen development and staffing, where he has both strategically and practically started a number of kitchens and catering businesses. During this period he has also trained in food & beverage management at FEI.
