Anna is manager for project development and test kitchen operations at Torsåker farm – Axfoundation’s test farm and practical center for sustainable food systems.
Anna previously ran food agency SALT Food & Communication and worked on concept and recipe development for large food companies like Arla and Santa Maria. Through SALT, she also helped many Swedish food producers to develop in a more sustainable direction, and to go from product to brand through communication, business and product development. Prior to that, she worked as a food and beverage journalist for many years and has also worked with food in retail, restaurant and catering environments.
Anna studied economics and marketing at Mälardalen University, journalism at Poppius journalist school, and studied to be a sommelier at Restaurangakademien. She is part of the jury for food competitions such as Matværk and SM in Mathantverk and is a regular member of the Svenska Dryckesakademien.
