At <\/span>Tors\u00e5ker<\/span> Farm, <\/span>Axfoundation<\/span> aims <\/span>to <\/span>accelerate the sustainable transition \u2013 for <\/span>the <\/span>sake of the <\/span>climate, <\/span>the <\/span>environment<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span><\/span> and public health. The ambition is to <\/span>create <\/span>a place t<\/span>hat <\/span>lives and breathes<\/span> sustainability and that <\/span>uses all senses <\/span>to create the <\/span>sustainable food<\/span> innovations<\/span> of tomorrow<\/span>. <\/span>Every single guest <\/span>at the farm <\/span>become<\/span>s<\/span> a natural <\/span>part <\/span>of <\/span>Axfoundation\u2019s<\/span> test bed<\/span>, <\/span>with the opportunity to <\/span>t<\/span>ast<\/span>e<\/span> and evaluate <\/span>the <\/span>fo<\/span>od of the <\/span>future<\/span>. Meetings at Tors\u00e5ker Farm<\/h2>\n

Tors\u00e5ker<\/span> Farm is an ideal place for meeting groups of 10 <\/span>to <\/span>40 people. <\/span>On<\/span> special occasions, <\/span>part<\/span>ie<\/span>s <\/span>of up to 120 people are welcome<\/span>d<\/span> in the <\/span>auditorium<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span><\/span> and 160 people <\/span>can be seated <\/span>for lunch<\/span> or d<\/span>inner in the farm\u2019s banqueting hall<\/span> (\u201c<\/span>G\u00e4stabudssalen<\/span>\u201d)<\/span>. <\/span>Our<\/span> experienced coworkers <\/span>are <\/span>at your service<\/span> making<\/span> sure <\/span>your<\/span> meeting <\/span>is <\/span>the best it can be \u2013 <\/span>serving <\/span>innovative meals and <\/span>showing <\/span>examples <\/span>of <\/span>practical sustainability initiatives.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

The meals<\/h2>\n

M<\/span>eetings at <\/span>Tors\u00e5ker<\/span> Farm<\/span> include m<\/span>eals and Swedish \u201cfika<\/span>\u201d<\/span>,<\/span> a<\/span>s well as <\/span>separate <\/span>dinner arrangements. As a guest at <\/span>Tors\u00e5ker<\/span> Farm, you<\/span> will <\/span>experience <\/span>some of <\/span>the food innovations<\/span> that are currently being<\/span> developed <\/span>in <\/span>Axfoundation\u2019s<\/span> test kitchen<\/span>s<\/span>. All meals <\/span>reflect <\/span>t<\/span>he <\/span>collected <\/span>scientific <\/span>research<\/span> as <\/span>to <\/span>what is sustainable \u2013 for <\/span>the <\/span>planet and <\/span>our <\/span>health. The majority of what is served is plant-based, <\/span>however<\/span>,<\/span> sustainably produced <\/span>meat<\/span> is <\/span>occasionally<\/span> part of the dining experience<\/span>.<\/span> Naturally, w<\/span>e always <\/span>take<\/span> food <\/span>allergies into account, but can unfortunately not adapt the meals a<\/span>ccording to specific <\/span>food preferences.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

The facilities at <\/span>Tors\u00e5ker<\/span> Farm include <\/span>t<\/span>he Barn<\/span> (\u201c<\/span>Ladug\u00e5rden<\/span>\u201d) <\/span>and <\/span>the <\/span>Folly <\/span>(\u201c<\/span>Follyn<\/span>\u201d) <\/span>\u2013 the well-<\/span>kept <\/span>and renovated <\/span>old <\/span>laundry<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
