This is a Canadian project that works to ensure that the boards of non-profit and public organizations represent the population they serve. Diversity is a key factor in getting well-functioning boards.<\/p>\n<p>The project brings together qualified candidates with immigrant background and help organizations get in touch with suitable potential board members.
